The side of the house has both a deck and a screened in porch. It also over look and basket ball court, tennis court and the playground and the pool is on the other side of the tennis court.

Downstairs bedroom includes 2 double beds and a color TV.
Downstairs also has a half bath and a utility sink. We are going to the 2nd floor next.
As you come up to the second floor you enter a large great room with a 2 story fireplace and lots of windows making it a bright space. Also dining room, too.
Also part of the great room is a state of the art kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A bar seats four.
The first bedroom down the hall from the great room is a kids bedroom with a pyramid bunk (double bed on the bottom & twin on top).
Down the hall is a second bathroom and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The next bedroom is light and airy with a king size bed and a color TV and walking into the front porch through the sliding door. The master bedroom, too.
The master bedroom has a king size bed & beautiful armoire with cable TV and walking into the front porch through the sliding door.
The master bath room has double sink, shower with waterfall shower head and large garden tub.
The third floor loft is a second living room with a queen sleeper sofa , TV/DVD and a table for four. It overlooks the great room.
