This is a great townhouse in the popular community of the Villas of Bethany West. Located centrally, this property is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. This is the perfect location for family vacations! It includes a nice sized deck for family BBQ's and is in a quiet setting. Community has a HUGE Swimming Pool with a kiddie pool and Tennis. There is no additional fee for using the swimming pool and tennis, however there is a pool pass you will need to enter the pool. please bring extra cash or check as deposit if you wish to get the pool pass & the deposit is refundable when return the pass. There is also a community pond, which is a Salt Pond, with dock for launching your kayak or canoe.
This property is located in Town of Bethany Beach and there is a 6% rental tax in Town of Bethany Beach. You will also be eligible for parking permits for downtown Bethany Beach and please bring extra cash or check at check in for deposit of such parking permits. Thanks.
This house is none smoking and no pets allowed. However owner occasionally has pets in the house.
