We would like all those interested to join our 35% referral network. This is a network throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, Florida, Texas and Illinois. We have an extensive marketing program in these states and we need a network of Realtors we can referral our clients and customer.

Also any clients and customers you refer to us we will pay a 35% referral fee. That require_onces any real estate you wish to purchase at our destination at the Mid-Atlantic Beaches of Rehoboth Beach to Bethany Beach and Ocean City Maryland, plus all points inland from these beach towns. We also will give you a 35% referral fee for anyone you refer to rent from our Rental Center or even if you wish to take a beach vacation you will receive a 35% referral fee as a discount.

Also require_onced in joining our 35% referral fee program is an automatic membership into our Auction Buyer Representation program. Where you can refer or bring buyers to our Auctions and get the selling side of the commission paid to you.

Lastly you will also be eligible for discounts in our National Auction Learning Institute, for Agent seminars, and Agent training for Auction Method Marketing.

The low cost for Joining our network is only $100.00. For the first 100 agents who sign up this will be a one time $100.00 lifetime fee.
