The recreation fee for using the community amenities is $20/person/week or $6/person/day or $ $160/person/season. This is charged by the community and can be changed without notice. You will also be eligible for parking permits for downtown Bethany Beach and please bring extra cash or check at check in for deposit of such parking permits.
