About 1 mile to the sand. TV, DVD & VCR available. No central air but with ceiling fans in every room. All rooms has window units. The recreation fee for using the community amenities for 2010 is $20/person/week or $6/person/day or $ $160/person/season This property is located in Town of Bethany Beach and there is a 6% rental tax in Town of Bethany Beach.
