Thanks. The recreation fee for using the community amenities is $20/person/week or $6/person/day or $ $160/person/season. This fee is charged by the community and paid directly to the community and can be changed without notice. This property is located in Town of Bethany Beach and there is a 6% rental tax in Town of Bethany Beach. You will also be eligible for parking permits for downtown Bethany Beach and please bring extra cash or check at check in for deposit of such parking permits.
